Today’s #FridayQuote is from a GP community partner. Our Urgent Community Response team responds to calls from GPs and other partners when people need emergency medical attention within 2 hours. Our teams go to residents’ homes, and if necessary, make sure they get to hospital.

Thanks to Lorraine Taylor from NHSE who visited our Urgent Community Response service. Lorraine said her visit was informative and valuable - 'It was evident that teams are extremely skilled at providing appropriate care to help people remain in their homes, where appropriate'.
