لگتا ہے سزا اس لئے دی گئی ہے کہ پچھلے 2 سال سے جو شور مچایا ہوا تھا اس کو بھی تو کسی طرح ٹھنڈا کرنا تھا۔ ایک کیس میں بری ایک کیس میں 7 سال۔جس کیس پہ بری کیا گیا اس پہ 'ن' کی فتح ہوئی اور جس کیس میں سزا دی وہ ایک دفعہ پھر ہائیکورٹ سے فارغ ہو جائے گا کیونکہ صرف سزا دینا مقصد تھا۔
