They're still the biz

The 'music as utility' issue. Some classical music can function that way, but crikey, the riches being squandered by seeing everything through that prism.. Literature doesn't have this problem.

I couldn't have asked for a better result.. this orchestra's energy, precision, poise and big-hearted generosity are all the evidence you need of the reasons to champion live music making at the highest level. Thank you BBC Philharmonic
