Yesterday, BOTH the AZSOS + One Day One Vote people spoke up for my HB2325, allowing innocent people in detention to vote using ultra secure Australian Ballot. Passed out of committee on broad bipartisan lines. Now the question will be why do only prisoners get to vote securely!

With her veto of a bipartisan budget looks like Katie Hobbs wants a government shutdown - I never knew she was an anarchist!

For years Arizonans have pumped more and more money into education ... but the funds never seem to make it to teacher pay and classroom funding. Yesterday the Arizona Freedom Caucus fired a warning shot that the spigot has an expiration date unless taxpayer money is used PROPERLY!

For the past several months I have been pushing for the legislature to get involved in defending our pro life laws. Today that began bearing fruit! Told you the legislature needed a good lawyer!

Next week in Elections we are planning to hear Rep. Austin Smith's HCR 2033. This bill would ask voters to make clear that Ranked Choice Voting is prohibited by the Arizona Constitution. Hearing is Wed at 2 (assuming the bill is assigned by then). Public is welcome to attend!

Yesterday in House elections Jen Marison (Ass'n of Counties) stated that she OPPOSED Ranked Choice Voting because it requires the use of open source software!
