Cancelling last minute, very late at night, is shocking - especially for elderly, disabled, and small children. I’m really not sure how easyJet can get away with treating people like this.

My friend’s been stuck at Kos airport 20 hours after late-night easyJet delay then cancellation. Promised hotels never happened; no EJ staff. All night on a towel on floor then flight delayed again today. Final insult - €4.50 food voucher. Truly disgraceful. Alison Green
