“And when I say that it’s like [Squid Game], you see co-workers, you see friends, some workers have relatives, you see relatives who pass out, who are taken out of their facility on the stretcher' -Amazon worker, NC

We went to the @Amazon & Walmart headquarters to ask-are their executives willing to have every movement tracked & monitored like they do their own workers?
Constant surveillance at Amazon & Walmart warehouses abuse workers’ rights & threatens their health, safety, & well-being.

In light of the fact that Amazon does not produce anything it sells, the value in the company is the speed it moves goods in & out of its warehouses, by forcing working class black folks to work faster & faster for poverty wages. Sound like slavery? Amazon is the new plantation.

Amazon & Walmart's excessive surveillance of warehouse workers is becoming increasingly dystopic. Workers report that the constant pressure for inhuman productivity results in dangerous health & well-being outcomes.

Amazon Walmart stop this harmful surveillance now.

Oxfam is at Amazon’s headquarters to call on company leadership to ditch harmful surveillance that pushes warehouse workers beyond their limits.

Are they willing to have every movement tracked and monitored, like they do their own workers?

Amazon-put people above profits.

Jeff Bezos makes $9 million/hour. We make between $16 & $19 in his warehouses. After 3 years of work our wage is capped, because they want us to leave so we don't organize. MIT researchers say the living wage for single parent is $39/hour in Garner. Make it make sense.

We're asking workers while on shift, 'How much do you think Jeff Bezos makes in an hour? and how much is he worth?' To our followers. What do you think?

Since @Amazon is playing dumb, we’ll spell it out for them. If you won’t listen to our concerns as workers then we’ll join together and see you at the bargaining table.

Did you know Amazon's delivery drivers aren't employed by Amazon? They're hired through 'Delivery Service Partners' contracted by Amazon. Amazon limits these DSPs to just 40 vans each, a to stifle unionization efforts and maintain control over delivery costs.
