I saw a new hemotologist for a 2nd opinion anemia and low B cells. I'm glad I did! He is ordering iron infusions and bone marrow biopsy. However he was only familiar with oncology/cancer biopsy testing. If I suspect bone marrow infection (SARS2 etc), what tests should be ordered?
