In this Channels Television video on Herbert Wigwe, C.F.R I pointed out that his involvement with ART X Lagos through Access Bank Plc's lead sponsorship of the Fair from inception proves that he was a Visionary. As with Wigwe University, Herbert 'saw' ART X Lagos BEFORE it was launched in 2016
