Great to visit our first This City housing site in Ancoats to see construction of 129 new homes being built - 30% of these will be at the genuinely affordable Manchester Living Rent.

Good to see how the new park at Ancoats Green and the Mobility Hub is progressing too nearby.🌳

I went to visit the site last week and this week - it’s incredible how quickly it’s come along. I’m still trying to work on access issues with Jersey street as it means residents are having to go well out of their way to get home

I was reviewing our ward newsletter and it’s so lovely to see the clean up in Bradford Park I arranged with Cllr Igbon. The park still needs some TLC but this looks lovely! 🌲
