We made it! Today we completed accrual for the SABR-COMET-10 trial!

As far as I know, it's the first phase III oligomets trial to complete accrual.

A few thoughts below... 🧵

Keratin expression does not necessarily indicate carcinoma.

Some sarcomas, such as this desmoplastic small round cell tumor (DSRCT), show extensive keratin immunoreactivity. Important to consider sarcomas in the differential diagnosis for keratin-positive tumors.

If a drug has a much more well studied much more cheaper alternative on the market already, then for heavens sake run a head to head trial and show that the new drug is significantly better compared to its existing cousin. Otherwise even approval will not translate to sales.
