Do they use one whole bundle to ventilate closure or half?

Some customers do this a lot and it's not nice.
If you can initiate a conversation that has gotten to the point of making payment, just do it.
They simply forgot that payment validate orders.
It takes less than a minute to pay for whatever you truly need.

Today a customer said I’m extremely mean because we sold a shoe she wanted to make payment for but didn’t after sending order summary.

5mins after sending account details she didn’t make payment and someone else did. She Didn’t respond till 4 hours later.
