I need to get on a slightly earlier train. On a Sunday, so not at a peak time, or day. This is the cost, on top of the original ticket price. So that makes a total of £86.30 for a one way train ticket to London, in standard class. This is absolutely outrageous Avanti West Coast

The beginning of this is like a spoof. I honestly thought this was going to be a Red Nose Day sketch. What on earth are you doing Rt Hon Grant Shapps MP? Who is advising you to make these badly set up videos on public purse private jets, whilst serving soldiers are living in damp houses?

Have you actually visited a soldier and their family on a pads Rt Hon Grant Shapps MP? Even once? Just taken yourself off and gone to see for yourself? I have. Many times. The stark reality is grim for so many service families. Not all, no, but far too many.

And you know it, Mr Shapps.

Meanwhile the Defence housing estate is literally falling to pieces. Our Armed Forces are weaker than ever because of the appalling underfunding and cuts. Year on year. Name me one thing you’ve done to improve the lives of soldiers and their families Rt Hon Grant Shapps MP?

I’d vote for Sarah to be our next Minster of Defence. She’d do a better job than most of the stuffed shirts that seem to end up in office #VoteForSarah
