NASA and ESA have formalized cooperation on ESA's Rosalind Franklin Mars rover, formerly ExoMars. ESA ended its partnership w/Russia after Russia invaded Ukraine. NASA will provide radioisotope heating units, parts of the propulsion system, and launch.
