I think there are definitely system differences. Size of catheter matters...large field delivered into tissue and blood.

I got to know David very well in the last few years as we did animal work on PFA. He was smart, intelligent, but very kind. He had a love for his family and friends and time they spent on their lake community. I learned a lot from him and I will miss him.

So, PFA causes bipolar signals to disappear instantly. How do you know when you're 'done'? The answer is in optics. This platform can be adapted to any PFA catheter! #CircEP
