We’re looking for a staff member to join our Taproom team. The role would be part time working Saturday shifts alongside another bar person with scope to increase hours over the next 6 months.

🌞 Foraging On a Sunday Afternoon 🌿

On Sunday we headed out to Edale with our foraging basket, a picnic courtesy of Nick (Foraging_an_that) and we discovered some of the edible plants and mushrooms that you may otherwise walk past!

So excited to get this on at the launch next Friday (26th)! We imagine the pin will go pretty quickly so don't sleep on it 😁

I tried this last night and no word it tastes like natural process coffee, with a really funky lactic character and an almost savoury tartness from the gooseberry. So fucking weird in the best possible way.

We've had an amazing response to our Holy Goat Brewing Collab Scylla. The gooseberry character is so intense. Come get it before it flies out! 🪿

Our Holy Goat Brewing collab Scylla is on at the taproom tomorrow! The beer was fermented in wine barrels with both our house cultures for 16 months before being transferred onto carbonically macerated Scottish gooseberries. Available on draught and in bottles 🐐

Heading over the Pennines to launch a barrel aged bretted bitter in collaboration with Balance. Join us for it.
