A project that is very special to us at Heart Rhythm Clinical Research Solutions. Jose Osorio presented this approach (and single center data) to peers in 2020 and now they have 1 year follow-up data from 10+ centers that have adopted HFLTV.

For awhile i thought u could only ablate lvot pvcs retrograde, but transeptal with RMT catheter works great for this.
