Album of the day. This is perhaps my favorite Bobby Caldwell album. Yes, it has the classic, 'Open Your Eyes,' which saw a hip-hop resurgence thanks to J Dilla, Dwele, Common, and Kendrick Lamar. But there isn't a duff song on this jazzy gem of sophisticated pop-soul.

I’ve never felt prouder of being involved in anything as much as this album, after all the rejection & absolutely fuckery the label put the band & myself through it’s very emotional to finally be able to hold a copy in my hands after finishing the record 28 years ago.
