this is a minor release that fixes a taproot chans concurrency bug, an issue that can affect nodes built w/ older Go versions, and significantly reduces memory consumption for the bitcoind rpc polling mode

After chatting with Ryan Gentry and
Alex Bosworth we set our LQWD-Canada node to use autofees from Lightning Labs⚡️🍠

Seems to have kicked in around the 12th. Going to update all of our nodes to use it and assess the data.
