Just wondering how online publishers SHOULD make money these days, like what is left for them?

Subscription/paywall only, which everyone also hates?

For big sites, Google will:

- Give TWO MONTHS notice
- Give detailed explanations in GSC
- Only penalize a part of the site

For small sites affected by HCU, Google will:

- Give absolutely zero notice
- Provide no explanation at all
- Issue a SITE-WIDE “classifier” (penalty)

Google calls it a 'site reputation abuse' policy. So shouldn't the penalty be ..... sitewide?
