They messed up my niece's birthday occasion to by not delivering the order giving these false messages of delivery attempt failed because no one at home.

What they gave me the reason is because you didn't choose the seller affiliated with Amazon delivery which states delivered by amazon beneath item we can't take responsibility of delivery as seller is going to deliver it by on his own.
