TIL from Alie Ward that 1:1000 eggs has a double yolk. Last week, while making pasta that needed 2 extra yolks I came across 2 double yolk eggs, therefore successfully completing the recipe with 4 eggs instead of 6. That dish will heretofore be known as “one in a million pasta”.
