Carney going toe to toe with prosecutor asking how he can think a jury of 12 people “in Orange County” will agree that Rundo and others conspired to commit violence against innocent counter protesters. “My sense is Orange County people do not like Antifa,” he said

Judge Cormac Carney will grant bail for Robert Rundo, the founder of a violent white supremacist group. But that order will be automatically stayed for four days by higher court.

Carney in his order said the government “just does not seem to care about the Constitution.”
