A team of scientists led by Dr Kanad Das, Scientist-F Botanical Survey of India (BSI) #CNH #Howrah , and international collaborations discovered and described five new species of wild mushrooms from Uttarakhand recently. Research article in internationally acclaimed open-access journal Scientific Reports.

The drawing competition, organized on theme #PlanetVsPlastics was a vibrant event where over 80 students across two categories showcased their creativity and concern for the environment.
