Visited Mornington Road in Preston this morning to see development on our exciting project with Tyson Construction. Last time we visited the building was up to first floor, now the roof is on and first fix has been carried out on the ground floor.

Always a pleasure to hand over a cheque to FCWA Women's Aid - this was for the £1,150.00 raised completing the Lake District Ultra Challenge on 10th/11th June (100km in 24 hours).

Started 8.30am on Saturday and finished 8.28am on Sunday.

One of the big challenges we face is young people feeling uninspired to work. Our World of Work Project saw our Seniors head into the new housing developing on Grange Park to meet the tradespeople and try their hand at brick laying with Tyson Construction. They loved it! 💙❤️

We have 15 young people from The Boathouse Youth coming to one of our Construction Sites in #Blackpool tomorrow - to try out at a bit of bricklaying - got the shiny new trowels ready.
