Mayor’s Community Affairs Unit delivered 1,000 masks to Animal Care Centers of NYC to help protect their #EssentialWorkers . Our animal shelter workers and animal first responders are still out in the field every day to save animals, and we thank them for their dedication and service! #unsungheroes
Today @MayorsCAU dropped off masks to Animal Haven’s Exec Director Tiffany Lacey. Their shelter workers continue lifesaving work daily, like caring for Francisco the #Chihuahua and his 12 siblings, taken in when their guardian passed from COVID19. #unsungheroes
