I can't think of another and yet Lewisham Council aims by 2030 to have up to 80% of all borough journeys made by bus, foot or cycle!

Home Is Where The Cat Is Louise Krupski Lewisham Council Without the public highway bridge alternative to the polluted South Circular Rd to link to Catford Green [bear in mind that the Council still holds approx £1.5m in CIL funds from Barratts for it], then Catford Centre will remain dead. Top up funding must be sought.
