Cycleway 4 on Evelyn Street is currently closed by Timberyard Development (Oxestalls rd). We're trying to contact with Highways and the Developers contractors to reposition barriers & understand timescale of the closure.
For now, better to use Cycleway 10 from Gosterwood Street.

A quick brake cable replacement and Easter weekend loan of one of the Lewisham Family Cycling library trailers this morning to Rob, a teacher from Lee Green looking to do a car free school/nursery drop off.

We'd love to see some of these in Lewisham as part of the Sustainable Streets Programme Louise Krupski . We think they'd fill up quite quickly in Deptford, Lewisham, New X, Hither Green and Catford.

So here it is, Cycleway 4 from Charlton to Tower Bridge. The result of many years of campaigning for safer cycle routes. Yes, some of the lights need to be more in sync, especially around Surrey Quays, but we love it and are so grateful to all those who fought for this ❤️
