.Cat Ross is CEO of Sheffield based charity, Baby Basics. Baby Basics helps families struggling to meet the financial demands of looking after a new baby.

Under her leadership, the charity has become a national network of centres supporting vulnerable families.

Speaking in Doncaster on Monday, Cat Ross from Baby Basics talked about children in SY who have to sleep in the bath, in bouncy chairs, or even in drawers.

We’re working on a plan to solve that problem in SY, because we simply can’t go on like this.
