$JSESSW - company is issuing convertible bonds. ~13.7% possible dilution in 5 years’ time on yesterday’s price. Share price reaction seems overdone. I am still wary on the stock but for the first time ever I am interested. Feels very Sasol c. 2020. 🤷‍♀️

Heads up: the PRX and NPN simplification takes effect today. Should not have an impact on NPN but PRX share price will fall by about 55% and then shareholders will get their new shares on Monday (T+3) in their accounts - they will be all square then.
