I’ve received this exact email (also from NASA) for Ruff too.

My assumption is that they’re required to collect this information as a government agency, or per some sort of regulation?

The concentration of passionate, talented open source developers at this event was fantastic. I don't think there's anywhere else you could find so many people from different ecosystems meeting.

uv is a Python package installer and resolver that uses Rust under the hood.

I'm able to install a large requirements.txt file fast.

Yesterday I upgraded a project from Ruff v0.1.15 to v0.4.2 and it required zero changes
