Keep your eye out for these as they pass through on their way north for the summer.
Their name translates to 'white arse', you'll see a characteristic white T on their rump as they fly away from you!

Heavy weather over the winter, and more recently Storm Kathleen has resulted in erosion and damage to some footpaths around Chichester Harbour.

🔴Stocker Buoy🔴

Our Harbour Technicians have been busy this week, preparing a replacement for the Stocker Buoy. Here's a work in progress shot whilst it was in the workshop.

We are lucky enough to get regular views of Curlews here in Chichester Harbour. But these iconic birds are under threat. Red-listed, their numbers in the UK have declined by 50% in the last 25 years.
