Thank you to Irish Examiner for giving me space to write about why restaurants are closing and why we should be concerned.

Restaurants are more than businesses, they are where we laugh, celebrate and mourn.

They are not too big to fail, but they are too important.

Wonderfully put Liam.Mrs Lee kept family and business going even after the tragic loss of her husband.She also assisted chefs and staff in opening their own restaurants.We were also very appreciative of there custom during very lean times.
