Urgent action is fundamental to address the ongoing diphtheria outbreak in Africa. Recently Africa CDC supported a training in  #Nigeria , enhancing the skills of 74 healthcare workers from 16 high-burden States in managing diphtheria cases for better treatment outcomes.
