The Presidential Title Deed Program, National taskforce led by the Chief Registrar of Deeds, Companies and I.P yesterday visited Cowdray Park Garikai/Hlalanikuhle in Bulawayo, in a bid to regularize informal settlements and issue title deeds to the habitants of Cowdray park.
