Texas said helping pregnant workers was too hard and would cost the AG’s office $6,700 to update its policies and stuff. (Texas has a $321 billion budget). A judge was like yeah, that’s quite the burden, you don’t have to follow federal law. bloomberg.com/news/newslette…
