Raygan Kirk's shutout in the national championship game was her NCAA-leading 10th of the season and tied the Ohio State single-season record.

Blake Pietila's four shutouts in 2023-24 gave him 2⃣4⃣ for his career, third-most in NCAA Division I men's hockey history.

Not a bad year for ECAC Hockey defenders!

Fourteen of the first 15 players named to Team USA are college hockey alumni.

Denver's Zeev Buium became college hockey's first defenseman with a 50-point season since 2009-10 -- and he did it as a freshman.

Cornell junior Ian Shane, the ECAC Ken Dryden Goaltender of the Year, led the nation in goals against average this past season.

Game 1 was Cale Makar's 8th career playoff game with 3+ points, tying him with Brad Park, Brian Leetch, and Nicklas Lidström for the 7th most by a defenseman.

He's still only 25.

UConn junior Megan Warrener led the country with a 1.01 goals against average, breaking her own single-season school record in the process.
