Absolute pleasure to work alongside the students and staff at L20 Hotel School ..,....and the food they prepared cooked and served was exceptional!
And to have Simon Ross in the kitchen with us was perfect for Paddy's day menu!!!!

James Holden very happy to once again be judge at Springboard FutureChef regional heat at The City of Liverpool College yesterday. The talent on display from 11 young contestants just shows that our industry can survive if we can nuture this talent into our industry....round of applause to all competitors!!
