the tips come from people who needed to find ways to prevent themselves from feeling so overwhelmed by admin of caring. Ppl are regularly at least 10 hrs a week on admin(!) so needs best possible approach

Sleep matters. The body and mind need deep sleep for cellular repair, rejuvenation. But we know many ppl find it difficult to sleep if person with dementia restless, sleepless, in need. So do best to meditate regularly as also helps body process & healing/restoration
