Latest work deconstructing SCC DBS mechanisms. Getting more and more granular on the key combination of cortical changes mediating SCC DBS response across subjects. This new work extends our recently reported findings nature.com/articles/s4158… (also, patients are doing well).

Great work from a collaboration with the team at Duke Neurosurgery and Friedman Brain Institute using computational models to determine the white matter tracts impacted by DBS as a depression therapy. Moving the needle forward in understanding the mechanisms of DBS therapy!
