Supported housing is a proven model but we desperately need more of it to ensure people who need support and accommodation can access it when they need to.

Without the right homes with the right support, more people will be at risk of homelessness, will face longer stays in residential or institutional care and will have longer hospital stays.

We need a #PlanForHousing that funds vital supported and older people’s homes.

Our new research shows that demand for #SupportedHousing will grow significantly in the years ahead.

With a rising and ageing population, we need to make sure everyone in our communities has a safe place to call home and that we leave no one behind.
