To my perpetual shame I am reading for the first time Martin Luther King's writings. This is recommended as a starter. He was extremely well read (I should have known, he had a PhD) in theology and in philosophy. His thoughts on justice resonate with some of Rawls' early works.

It's wrong & flawed in so many ways, including employee devices. But consider, our own devices & the information stored on them, are part of the 'private sphere' of an individual's life warranting protection under human rights instruments & law.

It can endanger folks.
