Good London trip. At Heathrow flying back to Edinburgh. 2 hrs delay yesterday flying down and 1 hr delay so far flying back. Last 10 British Airways flights either cancelled or long delays. Why is is so difficult?

BA flight from LHR to EDI at 6.15 pm cancelled. 8.59 pm delayed to 22.32. Earlier plane not full but couldn’t move me on it for some reason. 2nd cancelled domestic flight in last 4 weeks for me. Maybe time to switch to train. Unbelievably poor.
