Or at least this is what we thought.
This morning this is the state a box was returned from the DPD network.

Can we all just congratulate DPD Support (UK) at leaving my delivery on show, so the whole street knows that no one was in at the attempted time of delivery. Not only that but on the drive so anyone can help themselves. Shocking.
DPD Support (UK) DPD Support (UK) delivery due today, even paid £10 extra to make sure I got it by 8.30-10.30 and it ends up in Bournemouth 150 miles away. Great work once again dpd. Funny thing is they will say it’s coming tomorrow which will be to late and time upgrade is forgotten. 😡
So this is how we received our HelloFresh UK box from DPD Support (UK). Not only was it a day late but was also inedible due to the box being 'thrown around the warehouse because the lads didn't want to deliver it'. Subscription cancelled until you find a better delivery company!
This is horrible customer service from DPD Support (UK) DPDgroup you will never received your parcel from DPD Support (UK) it been 2 weeks. No update and customer service asking you contact different groups of DPD with no answer.
Thought delivery drivers were mean to at least knock the door?! DPD Support (UK) he couldn’t get away quick enough!

Hello Beavertown Brewery i got deliverd today by DPD Support (UK) a 24 cans box of beers, the package was broken. 5 cans were leaking :( . The delivery was contactless so i did not have the time to ask to the delivery person.
For my birthday my dad has bought me a pretty sweet Stratocaster and DPD Support (UK) were due to deliver it between 1.07pm and 2.07pm. So I got my jobs done and was home for 1pm. At 1.12pm they said I wasn’t in and buggered off. I was literally stood next to the doorbell ringer!
Hey DPD Support (UK), six businesses share our building. Getting a slip through the door with no recipient information is a pain in the arse.
