One of my heroes is South Dade High School Senior Lonzie Taylor who battled back from a severe illness that hospitalized him with a grueling series of surgeries and months of rehabilitation. He kept on going through the valley and continued to run up the mountain of his purpose.

My wife speaking about the importance of mindset in the pursuit of purpose and career pathways last week at her alma mater, North Miami Senior High School. She was an inspiration to those students and I am truly grateful for the way that she inspires me every day.
