Best practice IMO. Judgement alongside media report. I'd like to say I'm hopeful media reports will come to cover the full range of private law judgements. At present they seem formulaic-unregulated experts, allegations of PA, bad dad, good mum. Not so the published judgements.

Great primer/reminder about good quality evidence, systematic reviews - and what is absent from poorer quality studies. Applies much more widely than this issue.
