So many reasons why a PSPO is short sighted and simplistic- a blunt tool that doesn't look at root causes and seeks to criminalise people.
More support for the amazing charities & organisations who help people & more police dealing with actual crimes would be very welcome though

The question is why Sheffield hasn't adopted many of these policies already?

A: Because in many cases Sheffield Labour and Lib Dems refuse to even discuss them.
