Just finished the self rostering for Dec-April for 45+ SHOs in a major trauma centre.

Everyone says it’s impossible, but it isn’t. We’ve been doing it for SHOs for 4 years.

The doctors are all flexible and professional, and help each-other out, everyone gets their AL and SL
