We've been having fun this week out on the doorsteps chatting to people in Abbey and Wandle, making sure they know what is at risk if they don't remember to vote for Sadiq Khan this Thursday (and bring your ID!)

My brother had a silly #railfail last week: train from north Midlands, ZERO working toilets. So it stopped at a station midway to London, counted everyone off who needed a loo break. Then waited for ages til they'd crossed the bridge and were counted back on again 🚽🚄⏱️

This is great news for Wimbledon! If we get Sadiq reelected on 2 May, he is proposing a new Superloop bus from Wimbledon to Richmond.

I gave Rishi Sunak three chances to rule out cuts to the NHS, cuts to the state pension, or tax rises to pay for his Liz Truss style £46 billion unfunded tax cut.

Each time, he refused.

I’ve explained how Labour will fully fund all our plans. Rishi Sunak can’t do the same.

As a trustee of a homelessness foundation, I've seen how the rise in rough sleeping has been both shocking and avoidable. Thank you Sadiq Khan for this ambitious and compassionate plan. One that would be much easier to deliver with a Labour government too....

Today, we welcome His Excellency the Thai ambassador for a visit to Merton. First stop, Buddhapadipa Temple in Wimbledon Village. The delightful head monk gave us a tour of this unique site, which is of great importance to the Thai diaspora.

Excellent news. Hard working people in Wimbledon are face the highest tax burden in years, meanwhile others are dodging what they owe. Our schools and NHS desperately need this funding.

Great to have spent the day in Old Malden campaigning for Wimbledon Labour candidate Eleanor Stringer for Wimbledon along with fellow London Assembly list candidate Bora Kwon 권보라. Many backing Marcela Benedetti for London Assembly and Sadiq Khan as mayor on May 2 and Eleanor as Labour MP for Wimbledon.
