The venue stole the show for me at today’s Property Week #ClimateCrisisPW event. Waugh Thistleton Architects’s Black and White Building merges beauty, function and sustainability - and immaculate attention to detail. Thanks Andrew Waugh for making sure I saw the stairwell!
One of the first things I did when I moved to the UK to do my MSc in planning was go to Letchworth to walk around and visit the Ebenezer Howard museum - #planninggeek . So much in his writing is still relevant today, though the #gardencity concept is often misinterpreted.

So lovely to have an unexpected reunion with some of my @PRACTICEPUBLIC cohort at Festival of Place The commitment to quality placemaking, public service and having fun all still going strong Magali Thomson @theonlyted
Leaving #UKREiiF in style on the water taxi with Rachel Miller and Sophie White. Brilliant and exhausting three days, my brain is buzzing.
If you're not familiar with the Homes England local government capacity centre you should be. Check out the great line up of sessions in our upcoming Summer Learning Programme.
