The initiative is led by The Kraft Center, an innovative mobile health care provider offering preventative care, addiction services and harm reduction for those who lack access to proper health care services, those experiencing homelessness and/or people living w/ addiction.

The new mobile unit allows the UMass Memorial Health Road to Care team to provide substance abuse and health care services in more locations and with privacy for treatment.
